About Us
Bob and Brianna Persichetti are business owners and real estate investors. They are experienced in single-family, warehouse/flex and participate in several syndications. Bob began his career as a certified large commercial vehicle mechanic of humble beginnings growing up in Trenton, NJ. Bob is very hands on and maintains most personal vehicles and properties himself. Brianna grew up in Howell, NJ. She went on to earn a Masters in counseling psychology and worked in the NJ Prison System until 2011.
